Sofiko-2014 EOOD has worked as a translation and legalization agency since 2014. We hold contract No. ПР-1893 with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for official translation, so our translations are accepted for certification and legalization by the Ministry.

Our office is at 21 Hristo Belchev St., 2nd floor, in central Sofia. We serve clients from all over Bulgaria and abroad – documents can be sent by email, Viber, WhatsApp or courier.

Official translation from and into over 30 languages

We provide written translation of documents from and into over 30 languages, including English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Romanian, Serbian, Croatian, Czech and many more.

We translate personal, education, court, notarial and company documents, as well as legal, medical and technical texts. We also offer consecutive and simultaneous interpreting.

Legalization and apostille of documents

We handle the whole legalization and apostille process – issuing the translation on our letterhead with signature and seal, adding the fee stamps and filing the documents with the Ministry's Consular Department and other institutions. We most often legalize diplomas, birth certificates and criminal record certificates, and we also translate foreign documents for use in Bulgaria.

We work only with translators accredited with the Ministry's Consular Relations Directorate. Every translation is checked and edited before delivery to ensure names, dates and data are accurate.
