Do I have to come to the office?

For most translations, no. Send scans by email, Viber or WhatsApp, pay the deposit by bank transfer and receive the translation by courier or email. Legalizing some documents, such as diplomas, requires the original.

How long does a translation take?

A regular order takes 4 working days. Fast takes 2 working days (+30%), express is same day (+50%). Legalization time depends on the institutions and is added separately.

How is the price calculated?

By standard pages of 1,800 characters, according to the language group, text type and deadline. Prices exclude VAT; state and notary fees are charged separately.

When do I need an apostille?

When the document is for a Hague Convention country. It is not needed for countries with a legal assistance treaty, and some countries require full legalization at an embassy.

Will the translation be accepted abroad?

Most countries accept a translation made and legalized in Bulgaria. Some, such as Italy, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Cyprus and Belgium, may require a local translation. Check with the receiving institution.

How are names spelled in the translation?

If you give us an ID card or passport, we spell names as in it. Otherwise Bulgarian names follow the Transliteration Act.

Can you fix an error in the original document?

No. We translate the document as it is. If there is an error, request a new document from the issuing institution.

How do I pay?

A 50% deposit when ordering, by bank transfer or at the office, and the balance on receipt of the translation.
